The paper has a coarse grain structure. Density: 300g/m2.
The paper is ideal for watercolor, tempera, gouache, acrylic, ink, carbon, graphics and drawing. It is also ideal for printing from a height.
The rough surface of the paper allows you to diversify your painting with the watercolor effects of granulation, when the paint precipitates in the cells of the texture, and with a dry stroke, when semi-dry paint leaves a mark on the rough surface without flowing into the recesses of the paper and without completely painting the area of the sheet. The paper is probably not suitable for fine botanical painting, hyper-realistic portraits on small formats, illustrations for later scanning and pen calligraphy.
Rough Block paper made using a cylindrical technique from 100% cotton without the use of chlorine and acids guarantees a long preservation period and stability of the paper over time.
The paper is formatted both internally and externally, which makes the paper excellently absorbent and retains its typical properties even after the surface is scratched. The paper has a traditional white color, no chemical bleaches were used. The high quality of the paper will satisfy the requirements of all professional artists and the most demanding amateurs.
Choose from the dimensions: 23 x 30.5 cm or 30.5 x 45.5 cm.
Blocks have 20 sheets. The blocks are glued on all sides.
