Koh-I-Nor graphite pencils are designed for artistic and technical work. For more than 120 years, Koh-I-Nor has been producing these “yellow” pencils, which are rightfully considered the traditional symbol of the company.
Graphite pencils are made from a mixture of graphite and clay. It is the amount of clay that determines the degree of hardness or softness of the pencil.
The main pencil division line is as follows:
"H"-pencils are hard
"B" pencils are soft
"F" - medium degree of hardness between HB and H.
